Could I have a few opinions about Parlor Palms, please. What are your thoughts about Parlor Palms doing better if they are misted with water a time or two each day. Has anyone found that they do better if they are misted, or doesn't it seem to make a difference? Thanks so much!

EDIT: I should explain why I am asking. I have had this palm for over 10 years. It has been in my kitchen where I have misted it every day. I must move it and want to put it in my living room. Because of the type of floor in there, it would not be a good idea for me to be misting any plants in there because of damaging the floor. But I really want to put it into that room. If I would stop misting it now, do you think it would be detrimental to the tree?
