We had a design dilemma with a spare room. It was technically called a bedroom when we purchased our home, and does have a closet and bath. However, to access the room you need to go through the laundry room, and the room itself is very small. We furnished it for the most part with things we already had, but did buy a small love seat and butterfly chair. Painting the back wall was the key to visually trick the eye into thinking the room was wider. We used a antique door lock set as a curtain hold back. The coffee table is an old farm feed box we simply added wheels to. I have attached both the before and after photos.
