My favorite is Inalco out of Spain. www.inalco.es I have their Foster and Magma, love them both. You can contact Chaim at Lazer Marble about this line of tile. www.Lazermarble.com Really not too expensive, even if you figure in shipping.

Another sources is http://www.ceramichelea.it/acm-on-line/en/Home/products.html They are the maker of the 3' x 10' tiles. They have some in stock in Ohio even. I think they have a US location in the south, Atlanta maybe?

Since there are no seams, i would guess Hardipanel with a smooth plaster finish.

I agree with BRG. This is something similar to what I am doing now. CBB with a modified sealer applied with fiber on the entire wall as a bonding agent for plaster. Then plaster. I just did this on my wall and a faux paint will make it look like concrete. I wonder how the corners were done. Perhaps a metal "reveal" J type bead that sits deep enough where it is not even noticed?

I've used the Lea porcelain panels (slimtech) - they look gorgeous if installed properly, but INCREDIBLY difficult to install properly. Requires absolute perfection with floating out walls prior to installation and even then, very difficult to make the material align. Ripped the stuff out twice before we got it right.
