My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is behind the island chairs? How much walk space?

I LOVE this design and have been stuck for over a month with what I want to do with ours after the flood we had back in July. This looks so similar to our kitchen flow! Would love to know/see the area behind the island/chairs.

    Hi, thanks for your question. There is a wall behind the chairs, a door opening to the right leading to the foyer and french doors on the left leading to the dining room. There is 42'' of walk space. Good luck with your project!
