My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi there, love your work! Just wondering what color LED's you've got for your cans? Those are LED's right? Is it warm white or natural white? Thanks!

    Thank you South Bay, this is a white lacquer finish applied to a MDX t&g ceiling. This cabana is located off a stairwell on the third story roof deck.
