There are 2 kinds of pitcher plants, Sarracenia which are temperate and need 3-4 months of dormancy a year and Nepenthes which are tropical and can be grown indoors in a bright window.

Sundews also come in temperate and tropical varieties.

Online is the best way to buy them all. There are a number of online carnivorous plant shops. Sarracenia Northwest, California carnivores, Cooks carnivores, Predatory plants to name a few good ones.

You might not find the sundew commonly but stores like Lowes carries the VFT and pitcher plants. Otherwise, check your local nurseries, though it might also be late in the year for local places to be carrying them.

Lowes is the only place I know that has the VFTs and Saracennia pitcher plants almost year-round since one of their products comes in the form of a bare root.
