I don't know the specifics of THIS house, but typically Tiny Houses can only handle very, very light electrical loads. You typically cannot use things like hairdryers, coffeemakers, or microwaves (anything heat producing and electrical) in a tiny home. The stove could be running off a propane tank. pxndx, You are way off the mark with your comment that most tiny houses can only handle light electrical loads. They can handle as much as they are wired to handle and most are wired like a typical house, only smaller. Frequently a tiny house will be built to go off grid or partially off grid and use solar panels. Then they will be concerned with how much electricity the appliances are drawing and may limit some usage. That could be where you were misinformed as to how much electricity a tiny house can handle. Many tiny house use a microwave and electric burner instead of using the space for a big stove/oven.
