I actually love the pop of color. Perhaps a touch lower would be ok too.

The pottery works great with the cabinet and the table/chairs, the chandelier works with a variety of styles and it works with what you have.

Art should not extend beyond the top of the cabinet.

I would remove the pots on top of the cabinet find another place for them , your chandelier will be the star and the paintings the light.
