Lower your art all the way down to the mantel. I would suggest Belgian linen curtains hang midway your upper and lower windows. Try rotating your sectional so the chaise is on the window wall. Can't see enough of the room to see where the recliner could go. You don't have an overhang on the kitchen counter so you would hit the wall sitting there, do you use it? If SL get lighter barstools in color as well as design ,otherwise ditch them.
