Have you looked at brown leather rot? This is my first year growing a lot of strawberries but that kinda looks like your picture.

Yep, too much rain then here comes brown rot.

You can use some type of fungus spray next season. Too late now.

@Tony: Will I need to change the plants and soil? or just wait for them to recover?
