My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

rose bouquet with temps in the 90's

I usually try to give my masseuse some roses since it's her favorite fragrance, but it's hard when it is hot, dry and windy. What's missing is my new Boscobel and Claire Austin which seem to do very well in these conditions. These are Bishop's Castle, Abraham Darby, Winchester Cathedral, Marie Pavie, Alnwick Castle, Falstaff.
