teuth, I fell in love with Waterslide at first sight and I'm happy that I could get it on this side of the world this quick. Danny van Eechaute imported a few and Renaat asked if I would like to have one. YES! :-)

Don, Reptilian IS a great hosta, you're absolutely right! The pictures in the HL convinced me that I needed this one. According to the HL Ice Prancer is a seedling from Reptilian, will be interesting to watch them next year.

A big THANK YOU to the HL for providing all these pictures and infos! Browsed the A section yesterday and found a lot of new ones :-)

But I did not find Unsung Hero, so if anybody here has it I would be grateful for pictures or infos...

Three...two small ones will come today or tomorrow and and one is planned for mid of September with a few Valley's, but I might ask to postpone that one to next spring, it is already near zero in clear nights and they are expensive and I'm not sure if I should pot them so late.

Karin - I love the blue wavy edged one sitting in the chair..couldn't read the tag..what's the name?..a question for you..I bought 4 red pots and want to fill with hostas..do you have any hostas in a red pot?..

I saw your post with the red pots, but I'm not used to the inch system, so I wondered about the size...I have no red pots, only blue and lilac in the colored section. But I would put some nice green ones into them, not too dark, different in size and form. Some sun loving varieties so that the red can glow in the sun. I do like them and they were not expensive.

Karin..I didn't have any red pots either..but such a bargain and the color is pretty..I'm going to carry one around my yard and put it next to my hostas and see what I like..I was guessing that was Waterslide..what a cute name!..

I like both of those..forgot to say the pots are not that big..the top is about the same as a smallish dinner plate..or a small pizza haha..do you eat pizza in Germany?

Yes, we eat pizza in Germany but more the Italian style :-) We have a nice delivery service for kebab and pizza and I often use it. Since my son moved out twenty years ago to marry, I'm not cooking much and I'm grateful that I can simply order something to eat. So I have more time for gardening :-)

my cooking is pitiful..especially from May to November..so happy to have a helpful husband..
