Where in the world are you? That may be of some help since some insects could be in one area of the world and not in others.

What you have pictured is too small to identify although it could possibly be a beneficial insect much like the millipedes, centipedes, and other members of the Soil Food Web that help convert the organic matter in soil into nutrients useful to the plants growing there.

The jumpy things are probably collembolans, also known as springtails. They are usually harmless and difficult to photograph.

The long guy looks like a millipede more than a centipede, but if it's an insect, I have no idea.

Is this from a houseplant or outdoors?

I live in Utah where its super dry but I have these plants in a greenhouse where the humidity is constantly 85-95% and around 75-90 degrees Fahrenheit.

They are indoor plants and I purchased the soil from a store so I assume that it came with eggs in it already.
