What to do if product received is not as described?

I received my teak stool yesterday. Description says "All Stainless Steel Non-Corroding Hardware & Rubber Gripping Feet for Added Stability; Standard leg levelers for uneven floors and slopes". There are no rubber gripping feet and no leg levelers. I am disappointed in the product. It is not as described.

Yes. I would like to return the stool. It will not sit level in the shower without the leg levelers. Please send the return label.

They are supposed to be sending me the leg levelers and rubber feet, as well as giving me a discount.

The bench I received looks used. It was full of mildew. I guess thats why I got it on sale :(

So sorry for what happened. The item you've got is not Used.. As can you see item is in Brand New packaging. It looks like it got some dust while Shipping. Please let us know how you want to handle this issue.. Thanks..
