Is this rug pad actually smaller than 9x12? i have a 9x12 rug so the rug pad should be 8'10x11'10. does it come cut?

    Dear Customer,


    Usually when our customer are buying rug pads through Houzz, we are sending to them full sizes.


    In this case you can place and order with us for the 9.0 X 12.0 rug pad and then right away after placing your order you can send an email to us requesting " please cut the rug pad smaller than the rug size " and of course we will follow your instructions.

    Also if you have an "specific rug size" you can also enter that information and we will cut the rug pad smaller than the "specific rug size"
