Unfortunately, because we spend significant time selecting just the right color palette for our clients, I don't feel right publishing the selections that they paid for. I hope you understand. Its also important to note that how a specific color looks in a photograph, rarely translates into the same thing in-person and in your space. I highly recommend investing in lots of samples that you can carry from room to room and view in a variety of spaces and lighting conditions.

My guess is that the clients wouldn't mind. When someone compliments me on something in my home and asks color/where I found it, I'm happy to share.

To the designer:
This app was created so the average person can be inspired, create but most importantly- have the info to do so. I understand that businesses will use apps such as Houzz for advertising, but in order to make this app successful, should also create business for this app. By making Houzz strictly just a free brochure for your business is inconsiderate and in my opinion, nothing more than a unwanted pop up on a website I searched for to get information:(

Sherman Williams and other paint specialist now have apps for color matching. I find this tool a great resource when trying to figure out a color and you can even try it one your room.

I'd just prefer Houzz delete the photo or make it private to the owners if the owners or designer feels that way, so it is private.

Houzz is for sharing ideas. There are enough to go around.
