Grout for subway tile

Suggestion needed! I want to use white subway tile with grey grout as kitchen backsplash. I have white shaker cabinets. I want tile to pop but not to be crazy busy looking. What size spacing do u recommend? 1/8 ? 1/16? Or other.

    Does your installer not have a suggestion? I like small grout lines, especially when using a darker grout. I think it looks cleaner.
