What's the difference ?

Went by the store today and found Spectracide for St Augustine / Centipede grass ( http://www.spectracide.com/solutions/weed-and-grass-killers/lawn-weed-killers/spectracide-weed-stop-for-lawns-for-st-augustine-centipede-lawns-concentrate-ready-to-spray.aspx ) then I saw Spectracide ( http://www.spectracide.com/Solutions/Weed-And-Grass-Killers/Lawn-Weed-Killers/Spectracide-Weed-Stop-For-Lawns-Concentrate-Ready-to-Spray.aspx )

They both clearly state they work for Centipede, and although the website doesn't say it, the regular bottle said St Augustine too.. the bottle for just centipede/st Augustine was $10 but the bottle for all grass was $5..

Is the $5 bottle really safe for Centipede and St Augustine ?? $5 is not a lot but I just want to understand why there are two variations and the version that only works on two types of grass is double the price!
