Did major research on that same issue with my condo at the lake. Stay away from laminate. They will warp with water. I used a product called Altera from Armstrong. It is awesome for the condo at the lake.

someone told me that laminate would not be a good idea but I like the look, we would not be using the cabin in the winter so it would remain cold. I really can't see how it would be a problem unless it was heated and cooled all the time. any ideas or experience?
