Front Door Help

This house is over a 100 years old and has a few "leaky" areas with AC

This area above the front door is one of them

I sprayed some expandable foam insulation in the void but of course it looks terrible now

Any ideas to improve this area between the door and the porch ceiling would be appreciated, thank you

Consider cleaning up the excess foam so that you have smooth surfaces on the ceiling and the door frame. Then install a piece of cove molding to cover the foam filled gap. Caulk and paint it.

Yes , it's actually been trimmed back so that it can be concealed !

It's a tight area and of course one end is wider in measurement than the other :)

That was my thoughts , you all always have great ideas or ideas I didn't consider. Thank you
