Room for a 9 Year old Girl

My daughter is needing a new room. This includes paint, dresser, book case, rug and hopefully a desk. I know that is asking a lot! HA. I was thinking a loft bed, but I have no idea where I would put it because we have a low sloped ceiling that covers 1/3 of the room.
I want to make it a little glam for her. She loves art, and legos.
