No one knows, really. In large part it depends on the age/maturity of the tree from which the cutting was taken.

I agree with Johnmerr, sometimes even rooted cuttings flower and put out fruitlet, which have to be removed immediately and after that it grows and does not fruit for 2-3 years.

If you took them from trees that you know are fruiting already, as soon as anytime.

I didn't buy, my friend bought 2 plants and gave me one of each when he got home and transplanted them. I just put it into Tim hortons Ice cup and left it there and after 2 months i saw some roots,

Fortunately lemons tend to be easy to root. I should think in a few years (2 to 4) you could see some fruit that stays on, provided you have good growing conditions and the plants get to some size with a lot of foliage to sustain the fruit.
