Off center electrical outlet

Our electrical outlet is off center, making it difficult to find a hanging light that will work. Is it possible to hang this light and then attach the chain to another hook to center the lighting?

    Hello!

    You can swag it however it does not have chain - only cord- therefore you would have to wrap it around a hook to get it to stay .
