Hi grandmam! From what we can tell, it looks like the door blinds are a true outside mount, while the windows are a partial inside mount. Most likely, the windows have a limited amount of depth which will not allow a regular inside mount. Either way, this is a lovely window treatment! :)

@daveeve, I'm afraid what you're looking for isn't yet made. Unfortunately, a Venetian blind is too heavy to have a top-down/bottom-up lift.
