My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Thank you that you take your time to read and answer our questiones would you please give me one of your excellent ideas . How to close an open balkony with stain steel cos we live in the seventh floor and have two little kids .But at the same time a safe one for the kids .with respect .

    Thank you for a question. I would suggest to check with the building codes and condo association on what changes can be made or can be made to the balcony. Please search for a local professional.
