My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi - I actually ordered a tile sample and was deeply disappointed that I paid $20 for a tiny square portion of the full tile that won't really help give me any sense of how it will look in my space.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but the description clearly states that the tile sample is not a full tile.

    Yes it does. I'll have to remember to read the fine print. But it doesn't really solve the situation because I can't really invest in cases of tile this way. Can I see it in a local shop?
