My trovita from FW came today. Im happy with it. Nice tree. The NZL is at the bottom.

Brian, you are right i will sleep much better. I always worry myself to death over shipping. I look crazy meeting the fedex guy at his truck. The box says what side is up and down. He litterally sat it on the porch with this side up arrow facing down. Geeze. My poor tree. I cant imagine the way they are handeled in shipping.

Oh yes, they totally disregard the markings on boxes. One of my carriers literally throws *every* parcel on my porch , I always hear it hit the concrete.

So I have friends and coworkers who have worked loading trucks at FedEx and UPS. Unfortunately they are normally chucking the packages into the truck to load them as quick as possible. :(
