Help repotting Miltoniopsis

So my poor Miltoniopsis is is badly in need of repotting. I pulled it out of its pot to change its media and pot, and I found, this:

I didn't give it dirt, and I have bark mix and moss for it to move into. I'm not sure what all of these roots needs to go, though, or if they're okay ... I haven't pulled it apart more, yet, but all of this media will be going away.

Any advice would be appreciated.
