Are the leaves kind of feathery and variegated? I can't tell from the picture. It might be a type of Artemesia. Do you have a picture of it before you pulled it up to show details better?

Can you supply some better close ups? I can't make out the leaf shape, the flowers or any significant identifiers.

I agree that there are few identifiers in the pictures. This is the hardest weed/plant I've ever tried to photograph. It just seems like a wirey mess. Here are a couple of closer pics.

And I did Google Artemesia. It looks somewhat similar; but, I definitely did not see anything that was what I would call close enough to say for certain.
