My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Marcus, The flooring is Ranch Wood Light Grey full body porcelain tile laid in a random pattern to represent traditional wood installation. This material is in short supply and may be dropped soon, but if you are in AZ please stop by our showroom at Builders Flooring & Design. We have a lot of great looks for grey wood look tile.
