Nope. You could paint it white.

the tile is set into the groove of the schluter. you can't remove it without damaging the tile as well.

whomever grouted that tile did a lousy job. look at the residue and the unfilled spots next to the metal/tile joint.

the joint where the tile meets the counter should be a silicone grout in the same color as the countertop.

as for the metal, if you really dislike it and want a marble edging piece, replace it. Otherwise, paint it. get some metal primer, tape off the tile, and prime the metal portion. wait till dry, lightly sand smooth, and paint w/either a white matte paint or the same color as the wall paint.

Ugh......... it needed nothing but a very thin bead of caulk. Paint it. Porcelain tiles do not have companion pencil liners.

Maybe just remove the two side tiles and replace without the Schluter. Is this DIY?Why did you use it in the first place?
