Pruning Young Cherry Tree

This Lapin cherry tree was purchased Spring 2016 from Costco. We even got 3-4 pounds of cherry fruits this year. Need advice about its pruning.
- Is it good to prune it at this age?
(believe best do it before rainy season. Vancouver BC)
- is it good to cut as marked by the blue line, or should be more aggressively?
- should Branch F be removed?
