Years ago my grandmother gave me many antiques she wanted me to sell for her. I never got around to these lights until now. I am having trouble researching this light as I cannot find any marks that could help me identify it.

It is a green stained glass with scalloped edging. A few panes are loose. I have not tested to see if it works.

Does anyone know more about this style of billiard light (or the purpose of the metal plate that hangs underneath)? Any additional info would be so much appreciated.
