My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

type of shingle and trim color?

Could you tell me if the siding is white or red cedar, and was it treated? And would you happen to know the green trim color? Thanks!

    Hi Liza! Thanks for asking. The cedar shingles here were grade A, Re-butted and Re-squared, Red Cedar, right off the shelf from our local lumber yard. We treated them on site with Danish oil, which is our go-to for natural exposed wood.
