My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Where can I get thie molding? How many inches high is it? What are the heights of the ceiling in the room?

    The ceiling in this hallway is 9'-2" to accommodate some ductwork above, but the typical ceiling height for the project was 10'-2 to 10'-8". All the trim, baseboards, crown and millwork on this project are custom designed by dSPACE Studio. You could take the photo from our project to your architect, designer, or millworker and ask them to create your own unique design. The baseboards are 12" tall and the crown is 8" tall. It should be reasonably easy and you can then say your project has a one-of-a-kind design element.     Looks like the wall and trim (on the wall) have the same color, but do they have a different sheen? Is the trim semi-gloss?
