The can take some time to germinate and will germinate sporadically. They seem good to me. The one with the long frond looks to be wanting more sunlight. It's stretching to find some light.

What do you mean the wrong way? Are you referring to the one that is sending its radicle down?

Yes. I see green on one going downwards. Do you think I should put them outside? This is my first time growing them from seed. Do they need fertilizer or something? I spritz them with water when they look dry.

It's normal for them to put down a large tap root (radicle) and stay like that for quite a while without anything happening above ground. Make sure they don't stay too wet, they'll rot easily, especially as you go into your cold season. I don't usually plant so many into the one pot. The roots are a bit delicate and can be easily damaged when repotting them. The radicle does go down quite deep.

Like tropicbreezent said, the radicle will go down pretty deep. In fact, the underground tap root is where most of the growth will be happening for a long while. growth up top - in the form of leaves - is secondary. How deep is your container? You'll want something that is at least 6 inches deep, if not more.

They transplant well. I wouldn't worry too much about. You can move them now into a deeper container. Make sure the seeds don't dry out.

Moving them earlier is better, while smaller there's less risk of damage to the radicle. Some people use plastic drink bottles with the bottoms cut out for germinating cycads. The bottom becomes the top of the "pot" and the top that the cap usually goes on becomes the drain hole. That way you get a good depth for the radicle without having to use too much soil. You need to set up some sort of a container to stand them up in but it's worth the effort. This way you can go a lot longer without the radicle coming out the bottom of the pot and having to repot.
