We currently have a large drift of bees trying to get into our RV. When we returned yesterday evening, we found at least 10 dead inside, with dozens dead in the roof vents. Today they are still trying to get inside, and we've been watching their behavior but are not sure what to do. Most are extremely lethargic when they get inside- we waited for one to warm (?) in the sun for a while, where she tried to fly but never could quite get up, and eventually died as well. We have also opened the roof vents when they get in, but they keep returning. Is this normal behavior? And if so, what can we do to keep them from building a hive in our RV without hurting them more? I'm sorry if this is not the right forum for this type of question, but I'd like to understand why they are doing this instead of just trying to get rid of them. Please help!
