Tony, I keep looking for any but I've never had any Adenium seed pods once the flowers dropped off despite seeing them visited by bees, only Plumeria pods, so can't offer any advice on those but it appears as though your pods are well on their way.

When I've had Plumeria pods, they only continued to get bigger until they finally stopped growing and started to ripen, dry out and split open. Of course, the plant was much bigger. Depending on how heavy the pods get and how sturdy the branch is, you may have to find some means of support.

I'm sure that others with actual Adenium seed pod experience will chime in.
