I received this faucet without a base plate.

When Houzz customer service contacted you, you said it didn't come with one. How is that possible? The faucet won't install or seal to sink, it won't even stand without it?! No one else has complained about this in the reviews so I am assuming theirs DID come with all of the parts unlike mine. Please get back to me on how to resolve this.

Well, I just tried calling this number and it's not in service. So far I am extremely disappointed in this customer service and product.

Mine just arrived without a base plate, as well. Plus, it’s much larger than the dimensions listed. Unfortunately, I am going to have to return this.
