I have some estimates to install a replacement 3 ton heat pump. Any thoughts on these quotes? I'm in western PA, not much need for a/c, it does get cold here.

Either option includes Honeywell Programmable Thermostat, Media filter, 2 years labor 10 years parts, and new coolant line on the outside of the house because the old one line may have had a leak.

We have two units in our house, this is for the second floor bedrooms (it is a large house). We were also given quotes for Carrier Infinity, but it's more than we want to spend.
