Choosing Quartz Kitchen Countertops

We have chosen these two but aren't sold on either. We are looking for a warm look, country kitchen. The cabinet door is the right color. We have beaded shaker doors coming. The house has exposed wood beams. The tile is in the picture. Any thoughts for quartz countertops?
