Your mirror should be centered over the sofa and hung lower, and same for the clock. Your end table is contemporary, not rustic, so if you're aiming for a real rustic feel, it should be replaced. Also, your ceiling fan: very modern.

What you're missing are "soft" decorations, like a rug, or plants, or a throw. You need some COLOR in this room. Right now, everything reads to the eye as "dark brown and white." It can be scary bringing color into a themed room, so find a piece of art, or a fabric pattern that you love, and choose colors from that piece only.

P.S. You'll strain your neck watching a TV hung over the fireplace. I recommend against it.

I'd put the TV on the wall where the standing mirror is, and rotate the sectional 90 degrees so that the two legs face the fireplace and TV, respectively. The round mirror makes no sense with the look you're going for, so I'd remove it and find some art that ties in you maroon and tans and/or brings something new to the space. I'm not sure you need a big clock in a living space either, unless you're trying to move your guests along...
