Mounting brackets

Hello,

We recently purchased this product and we were told it came with the mounting bracket. Our item was delivered but it did not come with the bracket. Did I need to order this separately?

Sorry to hear this. Please send us photographs of everything you received with your order including the order number. A photo is attached of what you

are looking for in regards to the mounting brackets. You should have two brackets wrapped in paper. They would have been with the faucet and drain on the pallet.
