Awkward Bathroom Setup

Our new guest bathroom has the toilet in an awkward spot (it should be next to the sink), but we don't want to spend money moving it. I'm stuck on how to decorate this large empty wall above the toilet. Do I put the towel rack in the center of the wall, or do I place it directly above the toilet next to the shower? I would also like to put some artwork up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
