I just bought a Proline Hood. Installed it in my house. It looks nice but not yet functional. The customer service is very poor. Remember you just get the hood. Do not think you are getting what is in the photos. Your not. All the other parts you have to buy if available or fabricate. For example. There is a dual exhaust you don't see in the photos. I called and asked if I could buy it to connect to the roof exhaust. Rude lady said no. You have to get one fabricated. Look for something with better options and customer service. There are choices.
