Regarding the “overall” dimensions ????

Is the overall depth of this bench really only 9 inches? Or, is this the seat top dimension PLUS the legs bowing out? If it’s just the seat, could you tell me what the true overall dimension is including the outside of the legs at the bottom?

    Wrong! The overall depth is 12” because the legs jut out.
    The seat is 9” but this is not the overall as specifically asked before ordering this.
