MONSTERA CURLING LEAFS :(

hello ! i have this monstera plant for 4 months and stills not growing at all but my biggest promblem is the curling leafs! I water it normally and it has inderect light but nothing is changed . THE soil is wet and my pot has holes .


Can u help me please ? i love this plant !
