My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you please tell me about the exterior wood siding? What material, how it was sealed, ongoing maintenance etc. Thanks so much.

    Sure thing - We used a marine grade sealant on Cypress tongue and groove 5/4x6 boards. At least where we are in Georgia, every 2-3 years on the west and south facades you need to reapply. Every 5-6 years on the North and East facades you need to reapply. Hope that helps!
