Kitchen/Dining Layout

We are completely re-doing the down stairs of our 1970s colonial. Top Picture is the current layout of our first floor. We are keeping the living room/den and garage the same and the walls and doorways attached where they are. We built a 10 x 10 mudroom in the right top corner of the garage and made a mudroom, we moved the laundry in there freeing up that space that was taken up next to the dining room. Now we gutted from the foyer, dining room, powder room, and galley kitchen to start our renovation. The second picture showing how we hope our space turns out. We needed to move the powder room which was very tiny (3' x 5') so we could expand the kitchen. So to the left of the kitchen is the foyer which is wasted unused space. We decided to make a 5' W x 9'L "room" add a small 2' x 2' utility closet and a 5' x 2' entryway closet and the downstairs powder room which will have a 2’ sink and 3’’W for the toilet. Next is to open up the kitchen and dining room to create our dream which requires removing a load baring wall and making a large "entryway" into the kitchen by keeping two 2' walls after the cabinets into the kitchen. The dining space will be 8’ wide with French doors leading to our side yard and the kitchen space is 212" x 135". I am just having a hard time with cabinet placement (which is the third picture) starting from the front door we are keeping a 3' wall, a 3' entryway from the foyer and and well have 63" of cabinets (hoping to make a butlers pantry). Just trying to see from other people if all of these ideas will look good in the end or if there is better placement for things.

Also for the 63" section of cabinets its "alot" of space but at the same time not. I am thinking of doing a 15" ice maker, wine fridge 15" and 30" cabinet and glass uppers with a bar sink. Or should I forgo the ice maker and second fridge for additional lower cabinets.

Thoughts?
