how many rods needed to hang from 12ft ceiling?

Want to hang this fixture over a dining room table. The ceiling is 12 ft high. Are there enough rods supplied to drop the fixture to reach the proper height over the table?

This fixture comes with fractional down rods (8" + 11" + 20" = 39"). The drop from the ceiling would be 1" - canopy, plus 39" -rods, plus 12" -fixture, would be 52".
